In the UK we don’t live in a ‘perfect’ raw food climate with blue skies and warm temperatures all year round. Instead we have the joy of seasons, and I particularly love the crisp Autumn days.
One consequence is that under a grey sky we don’t always feel like eating raw food. But raw food doesn’t have to mean cold food!
In this half day introductory workshop I will share tips on preparing warming raw food to nourish our body and soul on the grey days and in wintertime. You will learn to make a range of warming dishes that you can prepare at home without the need for any special equipment.
There will be tasters during the morning and we will finish the workshop with lunch together, before you go home with the recipes.
