I am very excited to have an article published in The Landsman Magazine, July/August 2016. In response to various questions about raw food, I share my take on this way and world of food prep and eating.
The Landsman is a free magazine established for 8 years, written for farmers, small holders, country gardeners and rural dwellers in the South West of England.

I would like to thank Demuth’s Cookery School in Bath for the introduction. I have been teaching raw food classes at Demuth’s since 2011 (when it was known as the Vegetarian Cookery School).
I am currently teaching a series of ‘Raw Food Menu Planner’ workshops where I share seasonal recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus some snacks and drinks. My intention with the series is to answer the question of ‘I want to eat raw but what shall I eat?’, by giving recipes that can be varied to keep your taste buds inspired throughout the week.
My next class at Demuth’s is on Sunday 16 October when I teach a Raw Food Autumn Menu Planner class. There will be a focus on warm and satisfying raw food dishes and we will prepare – and eat – dishes including porridge, soups, bread, chilli, and shepherd’s pie, all raw, believe it or not!
I will also share my tips for preparing warming raw foods for chilly days, as well ad dehydrator know-how, and raw food tips for busy people. To join the class, please contact Demuths.co.uk to book your place.
I look forward to meeting you in person to share my raw food inspiration.
